Trainer Paula Perdigão with 33 years of experience in Vitalizing food.

Algae represent a natural, wild food that provides us with high nutritional value and with low calories. Poor in fats, seaweed has polysaccharides that behave, in the great majority, as fibers without caloric value. Algae are, therefore, the best way to correct the nutritional deficiencies of the current diet, due to their varied range of constituents: minerals with values about ten times higher than found in terrestrial vegetables, as in the case of iron or, in the case of iron the calcium present; Presence of proteins that contain all essential amino acids, constituting a protein model of high biological value; Presence of vitamins in significant quantities. Vitamin B12, absent in vegetables. • Presence of fibers.

· They have a detoxifying effect,

· Strengthen the immune system,

· Improve digestion and intestinal function,

· Have an alkalizing effect,

· Promote blood circulation,

· Regulate cholesterol levels and

· Stimulate metabolism.
