3- October 31st, Saturday, 2pm - 4:30 pm - Oat workshop - several options for applying oat flakes including breakfast tips:
Stuffing of vegetables

4- November 7th, Saturday, 14h-16h30 - Tofu workshop - this delicious protein allows us to make countless dishes, let's do:
Tofu hamburger
Tofu pie

5- November 14th, Saturday, 2pm - 4:30 pm - Artistic workshop - to close the Course, you will have fun learning how to make your own cone, baked or fried, as well as making an even more fun pasta basket:
