- This week's guest is Macrobiotic teacher Natália Rodrigues Porto, a trainer at the Macrobiótica Institute of Portugal and with her personal project, with a Facebook page "Temerposdalma" (more information about the coexistence at the end of this text)

Together and fully in tune, we will both talk about this simple / complex theme.

But after all what is this about Global Chewing and having several mouths.

I imagine it is a little confusing for many people.

That's why I chose this theme.

Let's go by parts:

After all my theme is not that confusing ....

For those who do not know Natália, I leave you a little of her CV :

"At the age of 21, I chose to follow a diet based on the principles of macrobiotics. Through his teachings I felt that I could understand in a simple and at the same time profound way, the whole dynamics of life and since then I dedicate myself to study how thoughts, emotions and food are closely related to health.

From the study associated with the practice, the experience spread.

For approximately 20 years I have been training in the area of food sharing its great contribution to the well-being of the body and the balance of the being as a whole.

In this context I give training at the Macrobiótico Institute of Portugal and in several places such as Schools, Restaurants and Individuals.

I give lectures on different topics of Food and Consultations on Food Guidance

And on this whole theme, 4 books were born:

"Spices with Soul"

"Baby food and soups for happy babies"
